Judge’s Comments: What I like about this entry was the opportunity that was presented by the merger to do something new and improve on the past offer.  The design of the platform appears to have been well thought through and executed.  I’m not really sure if this work was done in house or via agency? Some of the application was a little muddled for me.

Judge’s comments: The entry scored well for the statement on customer focus – but that should be a given really… would like to have seen some recognition of how that is going to be embedded.  The objectives were not SMART and lacked metrics.

Judge’s comments: Simple but clearly effective – the lesson here is the success of a focused target audience.  I was a little disappointed with the objectives – I would have liked to have seen an attempt at measurability… OK so a 200% increase, but was this what was aimed at?
