SWAMP Passport Scheme

SWAMP* has a passport scheme which library members can use to visit and borrow from other libraries. The scheme covers most of the libraries within the SWAMP region. Members are issued with a paper Passport which they present when borrowing from other libraries and any borrowing restrictions in place are clearly indicated on the Passport itself.
