Wrexham – Summer Reading Challenge 2009

Marketing Innovation 2009-2010

Wrexham wanted to increase the number of children within the county borough who took part in, and more importantly, completed the summer reading challenge 2009. The target audience for this campaign was both primary children and their parents.

Some comments from the Judges:

“Good project. Obtaining a prize from private sector was well thought through and a good success – particularly in the economic climate. Not enough evidence of success or impact though. Quite a high cost base.”
