Launched on the 1 September 2009 and running through to April 2010, this initiative involved Killay Library working in partnership with 6 local junior schools and the local Education Department to ensure that every child in these six schools is registered as members of their local public library.
Killay Library were awarded First Place out of the Public Libraries in the competition.
