Mobile library services in Flintshire visit communities on a regular basis where it is difficult for residents to access static libraries.

The mobile library service will usually carry a selection of books suitable for all ages, including large print and audio books in English and Welsh. Residents can usually use their current library card or join the library on board.

Awen Libraries’ Books on Wheels visits hundreds of households every month delivering books, DVDs and audiobooks to those who aren’t able to reach the library. Users can browse and order books at home through the online catalogue, or ask Books on Wheels colleagues to choose books for you.
